2. Bookings
2.1 Cancellable bookings
Standard bookings may be cancelled free of charge until 10:00 p.m. (local time) on the day before arrival. Any cancellation made after 10:00 p.m. or in the event of a no-show will result in the first night being charged.
2.2 Non-cancellable – non-refundable bookings
Certain special offers are marked as non-cancellable and non-refundable, as stated in the booking confirmation. Such bookings require full payment at the time of reservation and are not eligible for any refund in case of cancellation or no-show.
2.3 Deposits
Any amount received in advance as a deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
3. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros, including all taxes (VAT). They may vary according to the season, promotional offers, or the Hotel’s pricing policy. The confirmed price at the time of booking is final, unless there is an obvious error.
